Seeking Jesus First June 23, 2025

Our inheritance is the fullness of God and Christ Jesus.
“And of His fullness we have all received, and grace for grace.” (John 1:16, NKJV)
“which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.” (Ephesians 1:23, NKJV)
“to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.” (Ephesians 3:19, NKJV)
We put our faith in the one who God sent - His only begotten son, Jesus Christ. We receive Him by faith and with Him we receive the fulness of God. What is the fullness of God? How would you define it?
“He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?” (Romans 8:32, NKJV)
“Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue, by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.” (2 Peter 1:2–4, NKJV)
“The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together.” (Romans 8:16–17, NKJV)
“And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying out, “Abba, Father!” Therefore you are no longer a slave but a son, and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.” (Galatians 4:6–7, NKJV)
Any questions?
And we have received His fullness and grace upon grace.
