Can God be pleased with someone who is not walking by faith?

By faith Enoch was taken away so that he did not see death, “and was not found, because God had taken him”; for before he was taken he had this testimony, that he pleased God. But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.” (Hebrews 11:5–6, NKJV)

Now the just shall live by faith; But if anyone draws back, My soul has no pleasure in him.” (Hebrews 10:38, NKJV)

“Behold the proud, His soul is not upright in him; But the just shall live by his faith.” (Habakkuk 2:4, NKJV)

But that no one is justified by the law in the sight of God is evident, for “the just shall live by faith.” (Galatians 3:11, NKJV)

For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith.” (Romans 1:17, NKJV)

I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.” (Galatians 2:20, NKJV)

For we walk by faith, not by sight.” (2 Corinthians 5:7, NKJV)

Therefore know that only those who are of faith are sons of Abraham. And the Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel to Abraham beforehand, saying, “In you all the nations shall be blessed.” So then those who are of faith are blessed with believing Abraham.” (Galatians 3:7–9, NKJV)

Is that enough witnesses for you?

Faith in God, Jesus, and in God’s word pleases God.
