What are the benefits of having the wisdom of God? Silly question, right? But the word tells us to seek wisdom above any worldly thing. When we obtain and exercise the wisdom of God, wisdom causes us to win…

Happy is the man who finds wisdom, And the man who gains understanding; For her proceeds are better than the profits of silver, And her gain than fine gold. She is more precious than rubies, And all the things you may desire cannot compare with her. Length of days is in her right hand, In her left hand riches and honor. Her ways are ways of pleasantness, And all her paths are peace. She is a tree of life to those who take hold of her, And happy are all who retain her. The Lord by wisdom founded the earth; By understanding He established the heavens; By His knowledge the depths were broken up, And clouds drop down the dew.” (Proverbs 3:13–20, NKJV)

  • Wisdom produces happiness in our life.
  • Wisdom produces more than the profits of silver, gold or precious jewels.
  • Wisdom is more valuable than anything that we can desire.
  • Wisdom gives long life.
  • Wisdom gives riches.
  • Wisdom gives honor.
  • Wisdom is free from strife.
  • Wisdom leads us by peace.
  • Wisdom is a fruitful tree of life to those who take hold of her.
  • Joy and happiness fills the life of those who retain the wisdom of God.
  • The earth is founded on God’s wisdom, so it will respond to wisdom.

Wisdom is available to all who seek it. As we have discussed for the past couple of days, wisdom is there for the asking. Just develop your intimacy with Christ Jesus, listen carefully to His words and breathe His breath.

It is so simple that it stands at the very foundation of early Christian principles. “Read your Bible and Pray every day and you will grow, grow, grow.”
