Seek Jesus First and Be led by The Spirit
I was thinking about Joseph this morning. You can read about his life in Gen. 30-50. Joseph was rejected by his brothers because his father favored him, and he was receiving dreams from God. Several of Joseph’s brothers found an opportunity to kidnap him and sell him into slavery. But he had an excellent spirit and was quickly promoted to running the house of a prominent Egyptian name Potiphar. Then a false accusation landed Joseph in prison. But his excellent spirit caused him to find promotion even there, and Joseph was soon running the prison as a prisoner.
