You cannot honor God unless you honor the one whom He sent.

Christ Jesus was Abraham’s ram caught in a thicket, of whom The LORD said, “I will provide myself a sacrifice.” Through His death on the cross on that same mountain, Jesus fulfilled the Abrahamic covenant and extended that covenant to those who were not descendants of Abraham.

Christ Jesus is the descendant and heir of King David, of whom The Scripture says, “The LORD said to my LORD, sit here until I have made your enemies your footstool.”

“His name shall endure forever; His name shall continue as long as the sun. And men shall be blessed in Him; All nations shall call Him blessed. Blessed be the Lord God, the God of Israel, Who only does wondrous things! And blessed be His glorious name forever! And let the whole earth be filled with His glory. Amen and Amen.” (Psalm 72:17–19, NKJV)
