SJF - Daily Worship, Word and Spirit - Dec. 14, 2023

Adversity arises when we believe a word from God.  Satan tries to steal it. Tribulation and persecution come to challenge it. The daily grind tries to wear it away. But faith - patience and perseverance - overcomes adversity. Develop the roots of faith in your heart and soul. Pray. Worship. Listen to The Spirit. Read, speak, study, memorize and meditate on God’s word. Keep fighting the good fight of faith. Trust God and His word and don’t let those who are without faith talk you out of yours. Your Father is in this with you. Holy Spirit is with you and in you. You are not alone. Be strong and courageous. You can do it because God is your strength.

“The sower sows the word. And these are the ones by the wayside where the word is sown. When they hear, Satan comes immediately and takes away the word that was sown in their hearts.” (Mark 4:14–15, NKJV)

“yet he has no root in himself, but endures only for a while. For when tribulation or persecution arises because of the word, immediately he stumbles.” (Matthew 13:21, NKJV)
