Spiritual battles are not fought and won with physical weapons.

To win a spiritual battle, you must fight with spiritual authority and power. The highest spiritual authority is that which comes from God - YHVH - The Creator - The One who cannot lie. YHVH cannot lie because His words are so powerful that they bring into existence whatever He speaks. That makes God the highest spiritual authority. (And He created us in His image and likeness.) Could a liar have spiritual authority? No. The only power a liar has is deception. When people know the truth of YHVH, and through relationship with Him, stand on His Word and in His authority, they can neither be deceived nor defeated. Spiritual authority and power are expressed and conveyed with spiritual words - God’s Words - which we receive through His Holy Spirit which He gave us. Contrary circumstances do not disprove God’s word. They challenge your faith and resolve. God cannot lie, but every man saying something that God did not say does not have the truth. This is why Jesus told the Pharisees, “You are of your father the devil”…”the truth is not in you.” We are only aligned with God’s authority when we are aligned with God’s word. We cannot walk in God’s authority if we are living a lie. However, God will honor His word. There are conditions to many of His words. Some, He has met all the conditions for, and some, we must meet the conditions for. Jesus pleased The Father through His faith. We receive God’s righteousness through faith in Christ Jesus. Whatever the promise, we receive it through aligning our faith with God’s Word and then aligning our words with His words. How do we align our faith with His words? Relationship, Reliance, Renewal, Restoration, Resemblance, Repetition and Resolution. I just used a lot of “re” words but if you get relationship right, everything else comes into alignment.
