“Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”), that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.” (Galatians 3:13–14, NKJV)
This is a really important New Covenant Doctrine Passage. Jesus Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. Scripture tells us that Jesus became sin and the curse. He then conquered death and rose from the grave using the authority and power given to Him by God. Jesus purchased us out of the curse. He did not purchase us away from the blessing. In fact, Jesus redeemed us from the curse so that we (everyone who believes, NonJews included) could participate in the blessing of Abraham AND the promise of The Spirit through faith in Jesus. Do you know what blessings we are included in? Check out Gen. 12:1-3 and Deut. 28:1-14. Do you know what curses we are excluded from? Check out Deut. 28:15-68. These passages give you an idea of what Jesus has redeemed us from that we might be included in the blessing of God. We are redeemed from every curse by faith. We are included in all of the blessings and promises of God by faith. Does the Bible define sickness, disease, poverty, slavery, and domination by your enemy as a curse or as a blessing? Well? What do you believe? Is the Bible right? Then, It is time to believe that we are redeemed from these curses. It is time to believe that we are included in the blessing of Abraham and the promise of The Spirit by faith. Stop partnering with curses. Start partnering with God be faith.
