If we are suffering from condemnation in our soul or from sickness, disease or pain in our physical body, it is the result of the original sin. Adam’s original sin gave all of his descendants the inheritance of sin, sickness and death. But Jesus. Jesus came that we might have life and have it more abundantly - righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.
