Christ Jesus said, “The sower sows the word.”
Romans 10:8–12 (NKJV): But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith which we preach): 9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11 For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.”
The word of faith was preached by the apostles. This is “the word of faith” which was preached by the apostles. God’s word is near you. It is in your mouth and in your heart. For it to be in your mouth, it must be in your heart.
“Blessed is the man Who walks not in the counsel (words) of the ungodly, Nor stands in the path of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of the scornful; But his delight is in the law of the Lord, And in His law (words) he meditates day and night. He shall be like a tree Planted by the rivers of water, That brings forth its fruit in its season, Whose leaf also shall not wither; And whatever he does shall prosper.” (Psalm 1:1–3, NKJV)
“This Book of the Law (The Words of God) shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.” (Joshua 1:8, NKJV)
Here are two more Scriptural witnesses that meditating on and speaking God’s words instead of ungodly words will cause you to have success in life. If we are speaking ungodly words, then we are not keeping God’s words in our mouth.
Ask Holy Spirit to help. Repent - change the way you think about words. Believe and accept God’s way of thinking. And let Holy Spirit lead you in the way to speak God’s loving truth.
