Part Two- Applying the Scriptures to The Words we Speak
- God is good. God loves us. His words give us life. His words are for our benefit. God is a Good Father.
- God’s Words give life. We can live by God’s words. When God speaks, we have permission to receive and adopt those words to our lives.
- We have been blessed with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places. “Every spiritual blessing in the heavenlies,” is every promise and word of God. God has given us all of His good will toward us through His words. His words bless us. God’s words create life in us and promise life to us.
- Jesus is described as The Word of God and He came to give us life and life more abundantly. What Jesus came to give us restores what the thief tries to do to us. Jesus Christ was manifest to destroy the works of the devil. The Words of God give life and life more abundantly.
- The pure river of life that comes from the throne of God are God’s words. His words are eternal life. When we believe Him, we receive eternal life. Eternal life is a continuous flow of life that never stops. It is a river of life.
- In the kingdom of God, God’s words are also called seeds because they take root in a person’s heart and start producing life. All parables can be understood through the same understanding that God’s words work like seeds and believing and speaking them is what plants them. When they are planted in the good ground of the believing heart, they produce thirty, sixty and even a hundred fold. The truth is that there is no limit to the ability of God’s word to produce life in a believing heart.
- Death and life are in the power of the tongue, so don’t be deceived. Whatever you plant on an ongoing basis will grow and produce a harvest in your life. If what you are farming is good, born of the spirit, it will produce a river of life. If what you are farming is evil, it will produce death.
- Change your words and you will change your harvest. Adopt the language of faith, hope and love, our Heavenly Father’s language, and you will prosper.
