Daily Worship, Spirit and Word - June 5, 2024

Our Biblical Kingdom World View can be “fleshed out” if we answer some questions about what God has already completed through the death, burial, resurrection and ascension of Christ Jesus in the presence of many witnesses. By “fleshed out”, I don’t mean doing something in the flesh. LOL. I mean, “given a body”, or, “practically understood”, or, clearly defined.

What has God accomplished? What has God put in your hands? What has God put under your authority? What has God given you permission to do? What we believe God has already accomplished and given to us, we can receive by faith without God having to accomplish it again. When God accomplished it in the first place, grace was given to us to receive the results of that accomplishment through faith.

We can find the answers in Scripture with the help of Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit is our helper and teacher in all the things of Christ. Holy Spirit is Christ in us. We understand that the earthly reality is, “Christ in us” and the heavenly reality is the reverse of that, “us in Christ”.

Remember a little statement to help you understand “we”. “If we are, then I am.” I can apply to myself what The Scripture applies to the body of Christ as long as I realize that I am not all that by myself and start thinking more highly of myself than I ought to. Christ is the head. We are each members of the body of Christ. However, “one body” is a physical analogy that explains a spiritual principle or truth. We are connected by ‘The same Spirit of Christ-GOD.
