Jesus Christ was manifest on earth in the flesh.
“Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world. By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world.” (1 John 4:1–3, NKJV)
Christ Jesus was manifest on earth to destroy the works of the devil.
“For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.” (1 John 3:8b)
Christ Jesus destroyed sin’s dominion over humanity.
“For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace. What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? Certainly not!” (Romans 6:14–15, NKJV)
Righteousness is based upon faith in Christ Jesus which has its foundation in the love of God.
“For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision avails anything, but faith working through love.” (Galatians 5:6, NKJV)
Whoever does not love does not know God and is not living in a righteous manner.
“In this the children of God and the children of the devil are manifest: Whoever does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor is he who does not love his brother.” (1 John 3:10, NKJV)
Because we are the children of God, we have His seed in us and we walk in the love of God with each other.
