Daily Worship, Spirit and Word July 12, 2024

Do you believe the unity of Our Father God, His Son Christ Jesus, and The Holy Spirit of God? Jesus declared that He and the Father are one. The pharisees wanted to stone Jesus for saying that. There are things about the character of YHWH which are not understood until they are believed. We must come to Him as a little child and believe. When we do, we tap into the wisdom of The Ancient of Days, and we receive the mind of The Anointed One.

Look at how the unity of The GodHead affects all who believe and confess unity with Christ Jesus. “Therefore, everyone who acknowledges Me before men and confesses Me [out of a state of oneness with Me], I will also acknowledge him before My Father Who is in heaven and confess [that I am abiding in] him.” (Matthew 10:32, AMP)

Remember the Substitution Method in Math? If A=B and B=C, then A=C. If Jesus is one with The Father and we are one with Jesus, then we are one with The Father. Actually, Math is not needed for this because Scripture tells us this plainly if we are willing to believe and receive understanding. “But the person who is united to the Lord becomes one spirit with Him.” (1 Corinthians 6:17, AMP) “Now we have not received the spirit [that belongs to] the world, but the [Holy] Spirit Who is from God, [given to us] that we might realize and comprehend and appreciate the gifts [of divine favor and blessing so freely and lavishly] bestowed on us by God.” (1 Corinthians 2:12, AMP) “And since we have the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, “I believed and therefore I spoke,” we also believe and therefore speak,” (2 Corinthians 4:13, NKJV)

We are able to come into unity of spirit, soul and body with Our Father in Heaven. Yes, even our body will be completely resurrected into a new form on the day of Our Father’s choosing. In the meantime, “Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.” (1 Thessalonians 5:23, NKJV)
