Seeking Jesus First Fe. 3, 2025

Christ Jesus declared that because He cast out demons by The Spirit of God, “The kingdom of God has come upon you.”

But Jesus knew their thoughts, and said to them: “Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and every city or house divided against itself will not stand. If Satan casts out Satan, he is divided against himself. How then will his kingdom stand? And if I cast out demons by Beelzebub, by whom do your sons cast them out? Therefore they shall be your judges. But if I cast out demons by the Spirit of God, surely the kingdom of God has come upon you. Or how can one enter a strong man’s house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man? And then he will plunder his house. He who is not with Me is against Me, and he who does not gather with Me scatters abroad.” (Matthew 12:25–30, NKJV)

Christ Jesus, as The Chief Apostle and High Priest of our confession, brought the kingdom of God to us. He preached the good news that “the kingdom of God is here.” The Good News is the gospel of the kingdom of God. The gospel of Jesus Christ is the Good News that the Kingdom of God is here.

The Anointed Jesus made it clear to us that we would all receive His Holy Spirit and that Holy Spirit would fill us with the Kingdom of God - righteousness, peace and joy. A king’s domain is his kingdom.

Where does Christ rule? What is His domain? Jesus said when He returned to earth from heaven, “All authority is given to me in heaven and on earth.” “Go therefore.” The apostles went in the authority of the King of Heaven and Earth. The heaven a the earth is His domain.

For if by the one man’s offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.)” (Romans 5:17, NKJV)

Moreover the law entered that the offense might abound. But where sin abounded, grace abounded much more, so that as sin reigned in death, even so grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” (Romans 5:20–21, NKJV)

We reign in this life with grace through the righteousness of The One, Christ Jesus. The Domain of Christ is the the reign of His Grace through righteousness. We are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. Because of His grace and through his righteousness we reign in the earth with and through Him. The kingdom of God is here.
