Putting on Christ is immersing yourself in Christ to the point of transformation. Col. 3:27 says that if you have been baptized into Christ, you have clothed yourself with Christ. “Baptize” means “to soak through immersion”, “to pickle” or “to dye”. When a cucumber is pickled, it goes through

What is grace saying to you today? Grace speaks in the language of promise. Grace is an empowering force that only needs the interaction of our faith to elevate us to God-like status. (That is not a controversial statement. Being God-like means being like Christ.)

What is the kingdom of God like? Jesus said that it is as a mustard seed planted in a garden and like a a bit of leaven inserted into dough. The mustard seed aspect speaks of how it will never stop growing and influencing the environment where it was planted.

Too Much Noise - Too Many Voices There are many voices that speak to us. We have to learn how to cut through the noise and hear the loving truth. The noise consists of facts, feelings, desires and opinions. These things can have a form of godliness but deny the

"A mighty fortress is our God." Today is 11-22-22. The number 11 appears 5 times, so, being intrigued, I searched it out and found something encouraging. The number 11 can represent chaos or trouble, while five, as many know, represents the grace, favor and goodness of God at work in

The Character of God Let he who boasts, boast that he knows God and understands that God is kind and merciful and that He loves being fair(judgement) and will never do us wrong (righteousness) (Jer. 9:24). God is love. (1 Jn. 4:8). God is knowable and understandable

Tribulation is like weather. It rains on the just and on the unjust. Tribulation happens in the earth because there is a devil and people can choose good or evil. Temptation is what our flesh or unrestored soul wants to do in response to tribulation. Tribulation creates a real or

Jesus taught His disciples about a powerful way to get breakthrough. This revelation comes on the heels of several powerful teachings. He shares with them that they are to be like children when approaching God. He tells them not to be a stumbling block for others - especially children. He

There is a principle that Jesus taught in two separate places and applied it to two separate outcomes. The principle is asking, seeking, and knocking with persistent, patient faith. God is not in the business of withholding good from His people. He has never been reluctant to bless His people.

It is amazing to encounter God’s Presence. We rejoice in every opportunity to experience Him. But did you know? The LORD delights in being intimately known by us. Love can be expressed as the pure desire to know and to be known by someone to the degree that you

God desires companionship with us. He has always desired to know us and to be known by us. He is not interested in having us know only about Him. If I teach my kids about God only what my fathers taught me about Him, then they are at least two

Does God have faith in man? Does God believe that His very own creation will prevail over darkness? If we answer that God only has faith in Himself, then doesn’t that prove that He has faith in men? He believed that He could create a being that would be

God has prepared a bubble of favor and promise for His people. That bubble is called “in Christ”. It can also be called “grace” or “salvation”. There is a way to stay in the bubble of favor and promise that God has prepared for us in Christ Jesus. We receive

I recently heard a prominent preacher with a prophetic voice speak about the baal spirit, the asherah spirit and the molech spirit. He defined how they were worshiped in the past and then identified the way they try to corrupt the nations.  Then he led us in a prayer of

God surrounds those who are His with Himself as a shield of favor and blessing. Our original position in Christ Jesus is a place of salvation - forgiveness, deliverance, peace and provision and protection. We did not just get a second chance; we received a brand new life - completely

It is so easy to equate talent with maturity. We see someone flowing in amazing gifts and callings and think, “They must really be close to Jesus and have their stuff together.” There are problems with this kind of thinking. Strength in one area does not always mean strength in
